fine wine and excellent service.

Victor led our tasting experience and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. The tasting room is very comfortable and great sense of place looking out onto the vineyards. Beautiful fight of wines!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Copia. The wine was excellent and well made, you can tell that Varinder takes pride in crafting wine that embodies Paso Robles. On a side note the winery is family friendly.

Copia Vineyards and Winery is nestled amidst rolling vineyards. IT was such a beautiful day. We savored each sip of their amazing wines, each one better than the next. It was a delightful tasting.

The wine and food pairing was such a great experience and the host was equally amazing. We would good back and enjoy it all again.

Food pairing was unique and delicious. Victor and the team took great care of us.

We experienced the wine tasting paired with the food...these are small bites that are delicious with wonderful spices. We greatly enjoyed the tasting. Our host did not rush us, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable pace. We departed with several nice bottles of red wine.

First time at Copia and we enjoyed the experience and wines. We bought a few bottles as well. Jennifer and Victoria were both very helpful with the tasting. We will be back.

We had a great food and wine pairing while we were there!

Copia is a tucked away gem. Our group of eight delighted in the beautiful wines and the owners were down to earth with the conversation which was refreshing. The culinary bites were delicious. We really enjoyed an afternoon there and I hope many more folks discover this winery.

Always a wonderful time visiting Copia. I’ve now brought my own Parents, and in-laws who have also had a great time. I’ve mostly been hosted by Victor who has always taken extra time with us and even provided tours of the premises and a glimpse into the future of what Copia will be offering. I look forward to every visit we get here.

I love the wines. You don’t need to do pairing. We have done the pairing twice. Once in April 2024 (was excellent) and again in October2024 ( was very disappointed wouldn’t do it again). The wires speaks for themselves. Excellent!!!!

The wines were beautiful! The setting was great and the service was wonderful. There are so many wineries in Paso but this is one of the best. I will definitely be back soon.

✨COPIA✨ We toured Paso for a few days and we heard "try COPIA" more than a few times. "COPIA" was in the air. I'd never heard of the winery and I'm so glad I did! On the way out of town we dropped in and they took us without reservation. Within minutes - Anita (one of the owners) began to serve us. We were impressed from the first sip. Impressed with both the wines-and with Anita. Seriously - WOW! I walked out with some of the best reds I bought on the trip and my friend joined yet another wine club (even though he said "no more wine clubs!"). He joined because he was so taken with the great wines and Anita's passion! As I write this we are enjoying a 2018 bottle of "The Story" now with dinner and it is delicious. We are glad to have found COPIA. We are fans. We will be back.

Beautiful property. We really enjoyed the wines. The staff were professional and fun. Varinder spent time with us which was a treat hearing from him the history of the winery AND we got a tour of the cellar just because we indicated interest in seeing it. Great part of our day!

It was a real WoW experience. We arrived almost an hour before our reservation and Victor greeted us warmly. He showed us to a table inside, but it was such a nice day we really wanted to sit outside. Without hesitation and a smile on his face, he accommodated our desire. Throughout the tasting he was just fabulous - we connected on our reason for the visit and it made the afternoon so much more special. Honestly, the personal connection was just what the doctor ordered. We also loved the music - as we tasted The Cure, The Cure was playing overhead - a wonderful coincidence. Oh, by the way, the wine was excellent from the first sip to the last. Thanks for making our last winey of the weekend so memorable - we will return the next time we are in Paso Robles. Thanks Victor!

I have been a member of Copia for several years now and this was my first visit to the tasting room at the vineyards. Each visit is exceptional. Victor hosted us throughout our wine and culinary pairing and was genuinely helpful and friendly. He took us on a tour of the garden, which enhanced our experience and helped us appreciate the culinary pairing even more. We went to a larger winery afterwards and did not have a good experience. Nothing tops Copia's welcoming atmosphere.

We didn't get to taste the wine as it was closed. Though, the lady was nice enough to direct us to a wine tasting in town that was open. She even rang the owners of the neighbouring winery. She was so great that we want to go back and try their wines!

Excellent Tasting. Paula was wonderful and extremely informative and a pleasure to talk to. What an excellent experience. THANK YOU!

Victor was our wine educator and he was very knowledgeable and congenial. He has a knack for remembering his previous guests and making us feel family . Indeed we feel that way . The birthday greetings by Anita and Varinder make us feel so special. The wines are bold, smooth and luxurious. We love the Matador and had taken home some including our guests who are new to Copia The pairing is quite excellent!!

While in Paso we visited several wineries and of all of them the wines and the experience at Copia stood out at the top. The tasting menu was excellent and our hostess made us feel so welcome. Our only regret came at the end when we tried to sign up for the wine club and order their lovely wine, they don't ship to our state of South Carolina or our family’s state of Connecticut. So, by all means go to Copia! But be prepared to bring what you want home with you that day. Perhaps next time we’ll be bette rprepared with a few pieces of checked luggage.

This is my new favorite winery. Complex, fabulous wines, great people, and a lovely vision. I just visited and left with 3 cases of wine. Wish I could have bought more. . .

Its taken me a while to get out to your new facilities, but I had a wonderful time trading stories with Jennifer and some of the other customers in the tasting room at the time. As usual your wine was outstanding and the hospitality very gracious! thanks

We had an exceptional visit recently experiencing their food/wine pairing. Lovely wines, atmosphere and people. A must when you're in Paso Robles!

Victor was amazing, as always. We loved the food pairings, too! A special accommodation was made for two of us who are vegetarian. Chef Rachel did an amazing job pairing such unique food bites with such amazing wines!

We had a fantastic experience at Copia Vineyards this past weekend. The host was warm and friendly and guided us through the culinary pairing with enthusiasm. The wine was delicious and the food was amazing. It happened to be the first day of harvest and the host took us out to see the processing of the grapes. We were also able to meet the owners and hear a bit from them about the winery and the process. We do a LOT of wine tasting in Paso, and this was a top 10 experience for sure!

Always an exceptional experience and visit. Amazing wines and a serene ambiance, a must in Paso!

Had a lovely wine and food pairing at Copia. Great wine, food and hospitality. We'll be back!

We joined the Copia wine club earlier this year and have thoroughly enjoyed the wine and testing experience. We love the personalized tasting experience, staff and the location well

Are looking for a great experience and wines that pair so well it leaves you wanting for more? Copia Vineyard's Adelaide District is your home away from home. The Hospitality and Service is impeccable. And yes, I am a wine member I don't want to miss a single bottle that is produced! Anita and Varinder owners and winemakers are so welcoming their passions for wine goes without saying try their wines. Go visit and sign up for the Demystifying The Wine Tour & Lunch. You won't regret it!

Absolutely amazing wines! Beautiful tasting room. Attended the member pick up party in October and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever attended. Had delicious foods to pair with the wines being released. Definitely give Copia a stop on your trip to the Paso region! You won’t regret it! Book the food and wine pairing tasting, highly recommend!

Copia is one of our favorites wineries to visit in Paso Robles. We have been members since its early days, and it has been amazing experience. First on wines, my favorite is the Syrah varietals. They do justice to bold and intense grapes. Both the Source and Pursuit, are amazing each year. 2016, 2021 are our favorites so far. Pursuit especially is intense fruit, powerful aroma in the glass, strong tannins and the right balance of acidity to dark fruitiness. The difference my palette feels between the two bottles is more earthiness in Pursuit and more fruit in Source. Varinder and Anita are great hosts. Each year party is a delight small affair with lots of personal attention to the guests. Varinder brings the farm knowledge to the wines, where Anita brings artfulness to the service. Must visit to experience the hospitality. Kudos to the gracious staff. Lastly, love the feel of supporting a small family owned intimate wine growing experience. Wish we could visit more often the region and this vineyard.

What a wonderful experience! The environment was so welcoming, the wine was beautifully crafted, and the Copia team truly knows the meaning of hospitality. Our friend, Melanie Greer, recommended the winery and it was the best of the numerous wineries we visited over 4 days. We loved it so much, we joined their Wine Club and so did the couple we were traveling with. A huge thank you to the owners who took the time to visit with us personally! You took our experience to a new level. We can’t wait to come back…. Tony & Cynthia

Gorgeous bespoke personal experience. Amazing wines!

Copia Winery provided an unforgettable experience for our group. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and inviting. We were helped by Alex, the cellar master, who went above and beyond, sharing his extensive knowledge and passion for winemaking in a way that truly enriched our visit. Every wine we tasted was remarkable, reflecting the care and craftsmanship behind each bottle. We can’t recommend Copia enough for a perfect blend of education, exceptional wine, and top-notch service!

Tasting experience was wonderful from start to finish! The wine was absolutely exquisite, and the new tasting room is stunning.

If there was a class greater than 1st, Copia would be it! My friend and I visited on 4/13. It was a cold and rainy day but the exceptional wines, food and staff at Copia made all of that disappear! We sat and chatted with one of the owners, Anita and really enjoyed company and stories. If you go, do not skip the food pairing!

We love red wine but Jennifer opened our pallete to your White and bought two bottles. Was looking forward to tasting your Cab Syrah. Maybe next visit.

Thank you for the fun afternoon, we truly enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location is relaxing and comfortable, and your wines are very good. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, John

Great ambiance. Wonderful wine. Terrific staff. Outstanding experience.

Beautiful tasting room. Incredible wines. We had a blast. Thank you Copia!

When I googled top wineries to visit in Paso Robles, Copia Vineyards came up. I sensed credibility with the list since one of our favorite wineries, LXV was also on the list. Like LXV, Copia was founded by a wonderful Indian couple, Anita and Varinder Sahi. We enjoyed our wine tasting in their outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards. Our server, Jennifer was wonderful in sharing wines we tried ll as explaining the symbolic significance of each label. We are excited to have become Copia wine club members and we look forward to future visits to Copia!

We love the new Copia experience. My wife and I have been tasting in Paso Robles regularly and frequently for the past 25 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Copia. The wines are high quality and improving each year. The new tasting room on one of their vineyards is comfortable, relaxing, modern, quiet and beautiful. And the hospitality was outstanding. We will be back!!

We really loved our visit to Copia Vineyards. The tasting room is gorgeous yet intimate which makes for an amazing experience. We tasted through 6 of their wines and loved each and every one of them. Our wine educator was Victoria Reller, Tasting Room Manager. She was attentive and possessed great knowledge of the wine industry. We all felt she was one of the best wine educators we have come across and we have visited 100's of wineries. You can tell Copia has gone to great lengths to ensure that each guest has a wonderful experience. Wines are priced right and a basic tasting is $25 which is waived with a purchase of 3 wines. Pens are free and they wrap each bottle of wine in elegant packaging to go. We plan to visit again and perhaps try their wine and food pairing.

The hospitality was so warm and welcoming. I felt at home, but better! The wines were seriously outstanding, and the food pairings were spot on. I can't wait to go back and to show all the people I love and that love great wine what a phenomenal job Copia is doing.

Absolutely must visit Copia winery was highly recommended to us by someone we met at a restaurant. Despite the expectations, we were blown away. It was by far the best winery experience we have had, compared to Napa or Walla Walla. The set up is very intimate, the setting is beautiful, the wines are excellent, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. We were fortunate that the winemakers and owners (Varinder and Anita Sahi) were around so we got to really learn about the back story of the wine. The visit to Copia and the wine tasting there was the highlight of our trip to Paso Robles. We also bought many bottles of a few different wines. This should be a must-do on your trip to Paso Robles.

What a lovely, peaceful, picturesque location with a great hostess and good wines. So relaxing.

Copia was a great choice for one of our tasting! We did the food pairing which was small bites paired with each wine. Absolutely wonderful! Victoria was a fantastic hostess and stayed with us the entire time explaining the wines, the food and the story of Copia. Luckily Anita was able to come out and join us for a bit which added another fabulous touch. We are already club members but if we weren’t we would have joined right then. The views were beautiful and can’t wait to see it again after the new vines grow up.

Inspiring story of this lovely couple who has created delicious wines from hard work! Our experience was incredible because of the smooth flavors for all their varietals, perfect food pairings, and an informative tour of the winery. Copia is a perfect name to express my time at their winery! Thank you!

Love the “new” tasting room in the Adelaide area. Very peaceful vibe, clean decor, and welcoming hosts. Looking forward to seeing it once all the foliage and vines come in more. We’ll be back again - love your wines too!
