Testimonials We Love Hearing from Our Customers

We stayed for four nights and loved it! Great views and very quiet. The accommodations were perfect for 4 people! The kitchen had all the latest amenities! We certainly be back!

Excellent energy and ambiance, great 🍷 and welcoming staff.

Wonderful stay in Paso Robles. Was able to accommodate at last minute for a quick Mothers Day getaway. Home is dog and kid friendly if needed! Area is just fantastic for travelling to downtown restaurants and shops or winery/vineyard hopping. You’re so close to it all, but feel like you’re alone in a vineyard! Hot tub was great, Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and the view can’t be beat.

Always an exceptional experience and visit. Amazing wines and a serene ambiance, a must in Paso!

We've been big fans of Copia ever since we visited their tasting room in downtown Paso a few years ago. On our last visit, a couple of weeks ago, we had another great tasting experience and even had the good fortune of meeting Varinder during our visit - he was great! We became members and are so looking forward to some of the benefits. Cheers, Raj.

When I googled top wineries to visit in Paso Robles, Copia Vineyards came up. I sensed credibility with the list since one of our favorite wineries, LXV was also on the list. Like LXV, Copia was founded by a wonderful Indian couple, Anita and Varinder Sahi. We enjoyed our wine tasting in their outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards. Our server, Jennifer was wonderful in sharing wines we tried ll as explaining the symbolic significance of each label. We are excited to have become Copia wine club members and we look forward to future visits to Copia!

Wonderful views and a beautiful house. Far off the road, so no noise at all beyond the birds and nature. Full amenities for cooking meals at the house. Loved staying there and will very likely stay there again!

The wines were beautiful! The setting was great and the service was wonderful. There are so many wineries in Paso but this is one of the best. I will definitely be back soon.

A small family owned winery that we discovered. We made an unplanned stop at Copia while in Paso. Emily is an excellent host, and gave us a number of wines to taste, including multiple vintages of the same wine, which offered us the opportunity to see how the growing seasons differed and how the wines aged. A great perk of club membership at Copia is the passes to live jazz performances at Libretto, a local club. We highly recommend Copia to anyone interested in tasting some top notch Rhone variety wines. Great personalized service and excellent wines.

We did a tasting and food pairing at our visit. It was intimate and the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They shared about the wines, made conversation and it wasn’t the same regurgitated spiel that you sometimes get at other places. You do need a reservation for this, but that is because they personalize your visit. It was smaller, but we loved the quaintness of it. All the staff were friendly. And most importantly, the wine is fantastic! It is very obvious that they take great care in all the details from their wine making to their guest experience. I highly recommend getting a reservation and visiting!

We loved the wine! We loved our hostess! And we love the winery’s story and mission!

Great weekend.

Beautiful ambience, friendly staff, sitting on the back patio is a delight. The wine was very good. My favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon. A must see in Paso Robles.

Copia greets in a very warm manner, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They have several 95pt wine that are beautiful in their composure. We’ll be visiting often

Great wine and super nice staff! Jennifer, who looked after us, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Really, all of the staff members we interacted with were great. Put Copia on your shortlist in an area with no shortage of wineries!

Great ambiance. Wonderful wine. Terrific staff. Outstanding experience.

Excellent Tasting. Paula was wonderful and extremely informative and a pleasure to talk to. What an excellent experience. THANK YOU!

This is my new favorite winery. Complex, fabulous wines, great people, and a lovely vision. I just visited and left with 3 cases of wine. Wish I could have bought more. . .

Amazing wines, experience with delightful pairings. The owners and staff are down to earth and so friendly. Wonderful experience

Great small winery. The tasting room and patio are beautiful setting to enjoy a tasting. The tasting itself was very well-done, the staff is knowledgeable about the wine. The wine is also great and not too high of a price point. Highly recommend visiting!

This was a really great experience and phenomenal red wines! Staff was very friendly and engaging. We will definitely be back!

Great venue! Awesome atmosphere

On vacation and they were super accommodating to my family, kids included. Really relaxing time playing some board games while we tasted on the beautiful patio.

We stayed 3 nights for my sister's birthday. The home, the view, the wine was stunning. The home is stocked for whatever you may need. We made an amazing dinner and breakfast every morning. The hot tub felt amazing in the chill of the morning. The chairs outside overlooking the Vineyards with a glass of wine or morning coffee was so beautiful. Thank you for the amazing visit. We will be booking again. Salud.

What a treasure this winery is! Personal service and outstanding high quality wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Copia.

Excellent full bodied with a nice balance of tannins. Tasting room staff is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. 4 stars because after tasting the regular and premium wines we decided to join the wine club, but were then informed that the vintage of wine we would be receiving that day as part of the wine club was 2022, however, everything we tasted in the tasting room was 2021. This was a bit disappointing and rather than joining, we purchased several bottles of what we had actually tasted that day. Also felt that the regular and premium tasting (we had 2 wines from the premium list $12) should've been waived with a 4 bottle purchase. With that said, this winery is definitely worth a visit, their wines are 5 star! And the staff is really great, they even went the extra mile and all signed an anniversary card for us. Really nice touch!

Absolutely loved our visit to Copia Winery! The wines were delicious and the staff were so friendly. The space is laid out well and the ambiance felt sophisticated and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great place close to town but within wine country. Facility was great and everything was taken care of, easily would use again.

My husband and I booked the Demystifying the Vine tour and loved it! Being wine nerds, we appreciated that Varinder dove deep with us on their property, vines and farming practices. The wines we got to sip on along the way were lovely, prompting us to purchase some to take home to share with our loved ones. Thank you for a great day!

Absolutely perfect accommodations for my wife and adult son - two beautiful bedrooms with matching baths, so while we had privacy, it was so great having a common area to hang. Love that we were all of seven minute drive from town, and also close to highway, but at night, complete silence! Gorgeous view overlooking the adjacent vineyards. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

Everything about staying at the Copia house was perfect. Clean, convenient and Beautiful.

Very nice vibe, good stop on the highway. Very unique blends.

We booked The Story home at Copia. We arrived after a wine tasting at their vineyard. From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. Met the owners and they were great. The house was very clean and all modern finishes. Honestly they thought of everything. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. The views were amazing. Right in the middle of the vineyard but minutes from downtown. Both king suites, worked out perfectly for us. Very comfy beds and lovely bedding. Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

What an incredible place to stay! Incredible views, and nice and quiet. Yet pretty close to town. Nicely furnished, great kitchen and appliances. We cooked a nice meal one night and went out the other night. Would definitely stay here again!

We love red wine but Jennifer opened our pallete to your White and bought two bottles. Was looking forward to tasting your Cab Syrah. Maybe next visit.

We went for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing at the Copia Vineyards and Winery, during our anniversary weekend stay at Paso. We had a fantastic experience to say the least. We enjoyed all the wines and the dishes paired with each wine. Our host Monica was extremely warm, polite, and professional and made the whole experience a memorable one. We had been to a few such wine pairings at Napa; but nothing comes even close to tje experience we had at The Copia.

Location is 5 minutes from downtown Paso, hot tub, grill and kitchen were awesome to have, bed was VERY comfortable, VERY quiet and private area, picnic table at the top of the hill was perfect for sunrise coffee and a book or sunset glass of wine. I ordered wine from the website and had it waiting at the house! Melanie was awesome with recommendations.

Very pleased .

Copia is one of our favorites wineries to visit in Paso Robles. We have been members since its early days, and it has been amazing experience. First on wines, my favorite is the Syrah varietals. They do justice to bold and intense grapes. Both the Source and Pursuit, are amazing each year. 2016, 2021 are our favorites so far. Pursuit especially is intense fruit, powerful aroma in the glass, strong tannins and the right balance of acidity to dark fruitiness. The difference my palette feels between the two bottles is more earthiness in Pursuit and more fruit in Source. Varinder and Anita are great hosts. Each year party is a delight small affair with lots of personal attention to the guests. Varinder brings the farm knowledge to the wines, where Anita brings artfulness to the service. Must visit to experience the hospitality. Kudos to the gracious staff. Lastly, love the feel of supporting a small family owned intimate wine growing experience. Wish we could visit more often the region and this vineyard.

Even though it’s not our place, it felt like a home away from home. They provided everything a person could possibly want to feel comfortable. I will say that the floors are not conducive for dogs. My Little Yorkie felt like she was skating on ice. She refused to walk around. We had to put towels down so that she could step from one to the other.

Are looking for a great experience and wines that pair so well it leaves you wanting for more? Copia Vineyard's Adelaide District is your home away from home. The Hospitality and Service is impeccable. And yes, I am a wine member I don't want to miss a single bottle that is produced! Anita and Varinder owners and winemakers are so welcoming their passions for wine goes without saying try their wines. Go visit and sign up for the Demystifying The Wine Tour & Lunch. You won't regret it!

The Sahis have created a lovely tasting area at their Adelaida property. The inside and outside areas are comfortable and set to welcome you when you arrive. The wines have always been outstanding, but the current vintage they're pouring is amazing...I bought more than I usually do because I just had to make sure I had enough to share with family and friends. We were lucky to spend a little time talking with Anita and her passion for what she and Varinder have created at Copia is evident. My friend's Corgi was welcomed on the patio and water was provided for her. I would recommend Copia to anyone who wants to sample some of the best Rhone wines Paso has to offer! (And, yes, they also make a Cabernet Sauvignon which is great!)

I love the wines. You don’t need to do pairing. We have done the pairing twice. Once in April 2024 (was excellent) and again in October2024 ( was very disappointed wouldn’t do it again). The wires speaks for themselves. Excellent!!!! April 2025. I return to my favorite winery and did wine and food pairing again. The food was delicious and went great with the wines. I would do it all over in a heart beat. Looking forward to my next pairing.

I did the food and wine pairing and had an excellent experience! The food matched well with the wine and had unique flavors , in the best way, that I wasn't expecting. Victoria was our guide for the experience and she did a fabulous job of telling the backstory of the wines and guiding us through the whole experience. I enjoyed all the wines but I left with bottles of The Cure and The Matador. I would highly recommend!

One of the best stays we had ever ... serene and breathtaking views. Well maintained property, kudos to owners and staff.

We were pleasantly surprised with our visit.

Everything about our experience at Copia Vineyards was perfect!

My wife and i love the warm reception we received with a table prepared for us with our last name. We definitely thought that was a nice touch. The hostesses were nice and pleasant. The tasting area was quiet which is something we appreciated. We tasted four of their wines and we only really liked two of them. However we’re still undecided on becoming members but we won’t hesitate to visit again.

Fantastic winery. A young house but wine quality is exceptional. A must visit 8n Paso Robles

The hospitality was so warm and welcoming. I felt at home, but better! The wines were seriously outstanding, and the food pairings were spot on. I can't wait to go back and to show all the people I love and that love great wine what a phenomenal job Copia is doing.
