The cuisine’s smoky, savory flavors, vibrant spices, and rustic character make it a natural partner for the depth, freshness, and structure of the new vintage!

Join us for an intimate, exclusive evening of Paso Robles wine at the Birch Road Lincoln Park Clubhouse in Chicago. Taste limited-production wines from Copia Vineyards, Glunz Family Winery, Hawks Hill Ranch and MAHA | Villa Creek while exploring the distinctive vineyards, varietals, and small-lot winemaking philosophies behind each bottle.

Shaped by dramatic elevations, limestone-rich soils, warm days, and cooling coastal influences, Paso Robles is one of California’s most dynamic wine regions. This rare four-winery tasting reveals how site, farming, and winemaking are expressed in the glass.

Limited to 60 guests, the evening offers ample opportunity to ask questions, connect with the producers, and purchase limited-release wines.

Vineyards in the Valley | Scottsdale

Vineyards in the Valley is a two-day wine experience bringing together a curated selection of 50+ ultra-premium and highly allocated boutique wineries from Paso Robles, Napa, and Sonoma regions in Scottsdale, Arizona. Proceeds from Vineyards in the Valley support Hope for Haiti and its healthcare initiatives serving women and families in southern Haiti.

The weekend begins with an intimate Wine Dinner & Live Auction on Friday evening, followed by the signature Grand Tasting on Saturday. Guests will have the opportunity to sample exceptional wines, enjoy elevated culinary offerings, and bid on exclusive items and experiences through both live and silent auctions.
