Copia Vineyards will be part of an intimate Paso Robles wine dinner at the award-winning Alexander’s Steakhouse in Pasadena — a rare chance to experience our wines in a setting known for exceptional cuisine, elevated service, and serious attention to detail.
Farmer and winemaker Varinder Sahi will join a select panel of Paso Robles winemakers, sharing the story behind Copia’s estate-grown wines and the philosophy that guides our Willow Creek and Adelaida District vineyards. Guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner with thoughtfully paired wines, direct access to the winemakers, and a deeper look at what makes Paso Robles one of California’s most exciting wine regions.
