What a great gem we discovered last Fall. We meet the owners and they gave us a tour. Genuinely sweet and wonderful people with a passion for their wine. Monica helped us out and we were lucky to get her again this last visit. Everyone of their wines are delicious and have great stories behind them. Of course, we had to become club members!

The vineyard tour was a fantastic experience! I was looking for a bit more than just a wine tasting for Valentine's Day with my wife, so I started looking around Central California and the Paso Robles areas for an authentic experience...and we got one! I was pleasantly surprised to be met by both Anita and Varinder to lead the tour...which kicked off with a sample of their 2024 white and a delicious caviar blini. While I expected to learn about their wine making process, I was more fascinated listening to them talk about the farming-first process. They way they described their approach to sustainability and grape quality made it clear that they practice what they preach. And while they referred to Copia as a "boutique" winery, the word "artisan" kept coming to my mind. To me, it was clear that for Anita and Varinder, the entire process is a spiritual endeavor for them...the farming, the harvesting, production, the sharing...and even the logo is part of them. After learning about the history of Copia and its processes, we sat down in the wine tasting room for some scrumptious "small plate" delectables perfect for experiencing wine pairings. And at one point, (which became one of my favorite lines of the afternoon,) Varinder asked if we needed anything. "I have access to wine!" he declared. Definitely check out their wine club events and wine membership options...totally worth it. And, if you're looking for more than just a simple tasting...go on the tour!

We did a tasting and food pairing at our visit. It was intimate and the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They shared about the wines, made conversation and it wasn’t the same regurgitated spiel that you sometimes get at other places. You do need a reservation for this, but that is because they personalize your visit. It was smaller, but we loved the quaintness of it. All the staff were friendly. And most importantly, the wine is fantastic! It is very obvious that they take great care in all the details from their wine making to their guest experience. I highly recommend getting a reservation and visiting!

Absolutely must visit Copia winery was highly recommended to us by someone we met at a restaurant. Despite the expectations, we were blown away. It was by far the best winery experience we have had, compared to Napa or Walla Walla. The set up is very intimate, the setting is beautiful, the wines are excellent, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. We were fortunate that the winemakers and owners (Varinder and Anita Sahi) were around so we got to really learn about the back story of the wine. The visit to Copia and the wine tasting there was the highlight of our trip to Paso Robles. We also bought many bottles of a few different wines. This should be a must-do on your trip to Paso Robles.

We learned a lot about the Rhone style wines. Beautiful views and had a great time. Loved that it's a family owned vineyard. Felt very personalized.

Absolutely amazing wines! Beautiful tasting room. Attended the member pick up party in October and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever attended. Had delicious foods to pair with the wines being released. Definitely give Copia a stop on your trip to the Paso region! You won’t regret it! We had a fantastic experience at Copia Vineyards this past weekend. The host was warm and friendly and guided us through the culinary pairing with enthusiasm. The wine was delicious and the food was amazing. It happened to be the first day of harvest and the host took us out to see the processing of the grapes. We were also able to meet the owners and hear a bit from them about the winery and the process. We do a LOT of wine tasting in Paso, and this was a top 10 experience for sure!

Anita, Varinder and their staff truly understand hospitality and have always made us feel welcome and appreciated. On top of that, Copia produces some of the finest Rhone blends in the Paso area. Highly recommend!

When I googled top wineries to visit in Paso Robles, Copia Vineyards came up. I sensed credibility with the list since one of our favorite wineries, LXV was also on the list. Like LXV, Copia was founded by a wonderful Indian couple, Anita and Varinder Sahi. We enjoyed our wine tasting in their outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards. Our server, Jennifer was wonderful in sharing wines we tried ll as explaining the symbolic significance of each label. We are excited to have become Copia wine club members and we look forward to future visits to Copia!

We went for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing at the Copia Vineyards and Winery, during our anniversary weekend stay at Paso. We had a fantastic experience to say the least. We enjoyed all the wines and the dishes paired with each wine. Our host Monica was extremely warm, polite, and professional and made the whole experience a memorable one. We had been to a few such wine pairings at Napa; but nothing comes even close to tje experience we had at The Copia.

Copia Vineyards is a lovely winery offering outstanding wine selections. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Emily guide us through the many red wines that they offer. She was vibrant, funny and extremely knowledgeable about all of the red blends that we were interested in. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this boutique winery!

We've been big fans of Copia ever since we visited their tasting room in downtown Paso a few years ago. On our last visit, a couple of weeks ago, we had another great tasting experience and even had the good fortune of meeting Varinder during our visit - he was great! Copia was a great choice for one of our tasting! We did the food pairing which was small bites paired with each wine. Absolutely wonderful! Victoria was a fantastic hostess and stayed with us the entire time explaining the wines, the food and the story of Copia. Luckily Anita was able to come out and join us for a bit which added another fabulous touch. We are already club members but if we weren’t we would have joined right then. The views were beautiful and can’t wait to see it again after the new vines grow up.

Excellent full bodied with a nice balance of tannins. Tasting room staff is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. 4 stars because after tasting the regular and premium wines we decided to join the wine club, but were then informed that the vintage of wine we would be receiving that day as part of the wine club was 2022, however, everything we tasted in the tasting room was 2021. This was a bit disappointing and rather than joining, we purchased several bottles of what we had actually tasted that day. Also felt that the regular and premium tasting (we had 2 wines from the premium list $12) should've been waived with a 4 bottle purchase. With that said, this winery is definitely worth a visit, their wines are 5 star! And the staff is really great, they even went the extra mile and all signed an anniversary card for us. Really nice touch!

The Sahis have created a lovely tasting area at their Adelaida property. The inside and outside areas are comfortable and set to welcome you when you arrive. The wines have always been outstanding, but the current vintage they're pouring is amazing...I bought more than I usually do because I just had to make sure I had enough to share with family and friends. We were lucky to spend a little time talking with Anita and her passion for what she and Varinder have created at Copia is evident. My friend's Corgi was welcomed on the patio and water was provided for her. I would recommend Copia to anyone who wants to sample some of the best Rhone wines Paso has to offer! (And, yes, they also make a Cabernet Sauvignon which is great!)

Went for a wine tasting yesterday. Their wines are really exceptional. Everyone working there was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so helpful. Given that it is a younger winery, we asked how it was so good, so fast. Obsessed came up. As well as the hospitality background of Anita and her husband’s engineering background. We have been wine club members since the beginning of this year and every time we open a bottle, without fail, we again realize how special and amazing, and downright delicious, these wines are. Anita came out to talk to us on our visit and we really appreciate the personal touch especially when we can guess how busy they are. Go to the winery. Become wine club members. Celebrate wines and Copia! It’s definitely worth it!!

Varinder and Anita have created beautiful wines and a beautiful, serene atmosphere in which to sip, savor, learn and relax. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Monica was very knowledgeable. Varinder and Anita always make time to visit with their guests and make us feel at home. Their presence enhances their wine and the overall experience.

Late review but celebrated my birthday here in the summer and felt like royalty! The staff was super nice and had everything set up from the place card to the handwritten note for me. This winery was worth the 3 hour drive from San Francisco- I have now since moved back to the East coast but I would make a trip back to celebrate again with a tasting

The wines perfectly showcased the region’s unique terroir, with deep, complex flavors that truly made each sip memorable. What truly touched us, though, was the handwritten note they had prepared to acknowledge our wedding anniversary — a personal touch that made the experience even more special. We very much enjoyed our first visit to Copia. We are locals and they were able to accommodate 5 us at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Our wine steward, Victoria, was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The wines were delicious. The owners, Anita and Varinder, were very welcoming and both spent time talking to us about their history and wines. We will definitely come back and bring more of our local friends.

Beautiful property. We really enjoyed the wines. The staff were professional and fun. Varinder spent time with us which was a treat hearing from him the history of the winery AND we got a tour of the cellar just because we indicated interest in seeing it. Great part of our day!

john guided our tasting and was very friendly! the wines are good, and the outside terrace is nice too. Unlike tastings in Argentina, you do not get any tour around the property, so that makes the experience less engaging. If you end up purchasing bottles, note is that the tip is added on top of the full amount, not just the tasting experience. This is relevant because it added roughly the price of another bottle to our expenditure.

Great small winery. The tasting room and patio are beautiful setting to enjoy a tasting. The tasting itself was very well-done, the staff is knowledgeable about the wine. The wine is also great and not too high of a price point. Highly recommend visiting!
