We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Jennifer, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The decor was absolutely stunning — inviting and elegant, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. The wine was nothing short of impeccable, each pour more delightful than the last. The wines perfectly showcased the region’s unique terroir, with deep, complex flavors that truly made each sip memorable. What truly touched us, though, was the handwritten note they had prepared to acknowledge our wedding anniversary — a personal touch that made the experience even more special. Great small winery. The tasting room and patio are beautiful setting to enjoy a tasting. The tasting itself was very well-done, the staff is knowledgeable about the wine. The wine is also great and not too high of a price point. Highly recommend visiting!

While in Paso we visited several wineries and of all of them the wines and the experience at Copia stood out at the top. The tasting menu was excellent and our hostess made us feel so welcome. Our only regret came at the end when we tried to sign up for the wine club and order their lovely wine, they don't ship to our state of South Carolina or our family’s state of Connecticut. So, by all means go to Copia! But be prepared to bring what you want home with you that day. Perhaps next time we’ll be bette rprepared with a few pieces of checked luggage.

Beautiful ambience, friendly staff, sitting on the back patio is a delight. The wine was very good. My favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon. A must see in Paso Robles.

john guided our tasting and was very friendly! the wines are good, and the outside terrace is nice too. Unlike tastings in Argentina, you do not get any tour around the property, so that makes the experience less engaging. If you end up purchasing bottles, note is that the tip is added on top of the full amount, not just the tasting experience. This is relevant because it added roughly the price of another bottle to our expenditure.

Its taken me a while to get out to your new facilities, but I had a wonderful time trading stories with Jennifer and some of the other customers in the tasting room at the time. As usual your wine was outstanding and the hospitality very gracious! thanks

Excellent full bodied with a nice balance of tannins. Tasting room staff is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. 4 stars because after tasting the regular and premium wines we decided to join the wine club, but were then informed that the vintage of wine we would be receiving that day as part of the wine club was 2022, however, everything we tasted in the tasting room was 2021. This was a bit disappointing and rather than joining, we purchased several bottles of what we had actually tasted that day. Also felt that the regular and premium tasting (we had 2 wines from the premium list $12) should've been waived with a 4 bottle purchase. With that said, this winery is definitely worth a visit, their wines are 5 star! And the staff is really great, they even went the extra mile and all signed an anniversary card for us. Really nice touch!

Tastings were booked when I got there (even though there seemed to be lots of open tables inside and outside). The initial person who greeted me said I wouldn't be able to stay, but a different person took over and said I could purchase a glass of wine. I did just that and really enjoyed the rosé, lounge chairs, and view of the surrounds. There is a lot of care put into the property and I had a lovely afternoon!

We love red wine but Jennifer opened our pallete to your White and bought two bottles. Was looking forward to tasting your Cab Syrah. Maybe next visit.

We've been big fans of Copia ever since we visited their tasting room in downtown Paso a few years ago. On our last visit, a couple of weeks ago, we had another great tasting experience and even had the good fortune of meeting Varinder during our visit - he was great! Absolutely amazing wines! Beautiful tasting room. Attended the member pick up party in October and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever attended. Had delicious foods to pair with the wines being released. Definitely give Copia a stop on your trip to the Paso region! You won’t regret it! Copia is one of our favorites wineries to visit in Paso Robles. We have been members since its early days, and it has been amazing experience. First on wines, my favorite is the Syrah varietals. They do justice to bold and intense grapes. Both the Source and Pursuit, are amazing each year. 2016, 2021 are our favorites so far. Pursuit especially is intense fruit, powerful aroma in the glass, strong tannins and the right balance of acidity to dark fruitiness. The difference my palette feels between the two bottles is more earthiness in Pursuit and more fruit in Source. Varinder and Anita are great hosts. Each year party is a delight small affair with lots of personal attention to the guests. Varinder brings the farm knowledge to the wines, where Anita brings artfulness to the service. Must visit to experience the hospitality. Kudos to the gracious staff. Lastly, love the feel of supporting a small family owned intimate wine growing experience. Wish we could visit more often the region and this vineyard.

When I googled top wineries to visit in Paso Robles, Copia Vineyards came up. I sensed credibility with the list since one of our favorite wineries, LXV was also on the list. Like LXV, Copia was founded by a wonderful Indian couple, Anita and Varinder Sahi. We enjoyed our wine tasting in their outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards. Our server, Jennifer was wonderful in sharing wines we tried ll as explaining the symbolic significance of each label. We are excited to have become Copia wine club members and we look forward to future visits to Copia!

We had a group of 6 that visited on February 22 for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing. Everything was set and ready to go when we arrived. The wine and food pairings were excellent, and our host was even more so. Very knowledgeable about the winery and Paso region in generally. The tasting room has a beautiful indoor space and a lovely outdoor patio area. Wines were exceptional. Thank you for the awesome afternoon.

We went for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing at the Copia Vineyards and Winery, during our anniversary weekend stay at Paso. We had a fantastic experience to say the least. We enjoyed all the wines and the dishes paired with each wine. Our host Monica was extremely warm, polite, and professional and made the whole experience a memorable one. We had been to a few such wine pairings at Napa; but nothing comes even close to tje experience we had at The Copia.

Went for a wine tasting yesterday. Their wines are really exceptional. Everyone working there was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so helpful. Given that it is a younger winery, we asked how it was so good, so fast. Obsessed came up. As well as the hospitality background of Anita and her husband’s engineering background. We have been wine club members since the beginning of this year and every time we open a bottle, without fail, we again realize how special and amazing, and downright delicious, these wines are. Anita came out to talk to us on our visit and we really appreciate the personal touch especially when we can guess how busy they are. Go to the winery. Become wine club members. Celebrate wines and Copia! It’s definitely worth it!!

I did the food and wine pairing and had an excellent experience! The food matched well with the wine and had unique flavors , in the best way, that I wasn't expecting. Victoria was our guide for the experience and she did a fabulous job of telling the backstory of the wines and guiding us through the whole experience. I enjoyed all the wines but I left with bottles of The Cure and The Matador. I would highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our first visit to Copia. We are locals and they were able to accommodate 5 us at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Our wine steward, Victoria, was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The wines were delicious. The owners, Anita and Varinder, were very welcoming and both spent time talking to us about their history and wines. We will definitely come back and bring more of our local friends.

The hospitality was so warm and welcoming. I felt at home, but better! The wines were seriously outstanding, and the food pairings were spot on. I can't wait to go back and to show all the people I love and that love great wine what a phenomenal job Copia is doing.

Small boutique winery where you can sit under a vast covered patio, relax, and enjoy the view of the newly planted vineyard while sampling white & red varietals. Our wine educator was friendly and shared stories of the owners love of cooking & wine. The 2021 wines were young & we felt needed more time to age but we were given a sampling of their 2022 that were absolutely delicious & smooth.

My wife and i love the warm reception we received with a table prepared for us with our last name. We definitely thought that was a nice touch. The hostesses were nice and pleasant. The tasting area was quiet which is something we appreciated. We tasted four of their wines and we only really liked two of them.However we’re still undecided on becoming members but we won’t hesitate to visit again.

What a beautiful birthday celebration. I was very impressed while making the reservation, I was able to let them know that my wife was gluten intolerant and that we were celebrating her birthday and they took such wonderful care to make it a special occasion.

We really loved our visit to Copia Vineyards. The tasting room is gorgeous yet intimate which makes for an amazing experience. We tasted through 6 of their wines and loved each and every one of them. Our wine educator was Victoria Reller, Tasting Room Manager. She was attentive and possessed great knowledge of the wine industry. We all felt she was one of the best wine educators we have come across and we have visited 100's of wineries. You can tell Copia has gone to great lengths to ensure that each guest has a wonderful experience. Wines are priced right and a basic tasting is $25 which is waived with a purchase of 3 wines. Pens are free and they wrap each bottle of wine in elegant packaging to go. We plan to visit again and perhaps try their wine and food pairing.
