We learned a lot about the Rhone style wines. Beautiful views and had a great time. Loved that it's a family owned vineyard. Felt very personalized.

We thoroughly enjoyed our paired food and wine tasting experience at the new Copia winery. Excellent wines, deliciously paired foods and attentive service.

We did a tasting and food pairing at our visit. It was intimate and the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They shared about the wines, made conversation and it wasn’t the same regurgitated spiel that you sometimes get at other places. You do need a reservation for this, but that is because they personalize your visit. It was smaller, but we loved the quaintness of it. All the staff were friendly. And most importantly, the wine is fantastic! It is very obvious that they take great care in all the details from their wine making to their guest experience. I highly recommend getting a reservation and visiting!

This is my new favorite winery. Complex, fabulous wines, great people, and a lovely vision. I just visited and left with 3 cases of wine. Wish I could have bought more. . .

My husband and I booked the Demystifying the Vine tour and loved it! Being wine nerds, we appreciated that Varinder dove deep with us on their property, vines and farming practices. We had a group of 6 that visited on February 22 for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing. Everything was set and ready to go when we arrived. The wine and food pairings were excellent, and our host was even more so. Very knowledgeable about the winery and Paso region in generally. The tasting room has a beautiful indoor space and a lovely outdoor patio area. Wines were exceptional. Thank you for the awesome afternoon.

What a beautiful birthday celebration. I was very impressed while making the reservation, I was able to let them know that my wife was gluten intolerant and that we were celebrating her birthday and they took such wonderful care to make it a special occasion.

On vacation and they were super accommodating to my family, kids included. Really relaxing time playing some board games while we tasted on the beautiful patio.

We very much enjoyed our first visit to Copia. We are locals and they were able to accommodate 5 us at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Our wine steward, Victoria, was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The wines were delicious. The owners, Anita and Varinder, were very welcoming and both spent time talking to us about their history and wines. We will definitely come back and bring more of our local friends.

Absolutely must visit Copia winery was highly recommended to us by someone we met at a restaurant. Despite the expectations, we were blown away. It was by far the best winery experience we have had, compared to Napa or Walla Walla. The set up is very intimate, the setting is beautiful, the wines are excellent, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. We were fortunate that the winemakers and owners (Varinder and Anita Sahi) were around so we got to really learn about the back story of the wine. The visit to Copia and the wine tasting there was the highlight of our trip to Paso Robles. We also bought many bottles of a few different wines. This should be a must-do on your trip to Paso Robles.

What a wonderfully authentic, heartfelt, and instructive experience! Varinder and Anita shared a little of their dream with us on our Valentine's Day tour. Now, when I pour myself a glass of the scrumptious Cure wine, I taste the joy and pride they cultivated in every barrel. We're saving the bottles of Source for a special occasion.

What a great gem we discovered last Fall. We meet the owners and they gave us a tour. Genuinely sweet and wonderful people with a passion for their wine. Monica helped us out and we were lucky to get her again this last visit. Everyone of their wines are delicious and have great stories behind them. Of course, we had to become club members!

Great small winery. The tasting room and patio are beautiful setting to enjoy a tasting. The tasting itself was very well-done, the staff is knowledgeable about the wine. The wine is also great and not too high of a price point. Highly recommend visiting!

Beautiful ambience, friendly staff, sitting on the back patio is a delight. The wine was very good. My favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon. A must see in Paso Robles.

Late review but celebrated my birthday here in the summer and felt like royalty! The staff was super nice and had everything set up from the place card to the handwritten note for me. This winery was worth the 3 hour drive from San Francisco- I have now since moved back to the East coast but I would make a trip back to celebrate again with a tasting

The decor was absolutely stunning — inviting and elegant, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. The wine was nothing short of impeccable, each pour more delightful than the last. The wines perfectly showcased the region’s unique terroir, with deep, complex flavors that truly made each sip memorable. What truly touched us, though, was the handwritten note they had prepared to acknowledge our wedding anniversary — a personal touch that made the experience even more special. This winery went above and beyond, and we will definitely be back. Thank you again Jennifer for making our experience so memorable!

While in Paso we visited several wineries and of all of them the wines and the experience at Copia stood out at the top. The tasting menu was excellent and our hostess made us feel so welcome. Our only regret came at the end when we tried to sign up for the wine club and order their lovely wine, they don't ship to our state of South Carolina or our family’s state of Connecticut. So, by all means go to Copia! But be prepared to bring what you want home with you that day. Perhaps next time we’ll be bette rprepared with a few pieces of checked luggage.

Anita, Varinder and their staff truly understand hospitality and have always made us feel welcome and appreciated. On top of that, Copia produces some of the finest Rhone blends in the Paso area. Highly recommend!

Great wine and the atmosphere was awesome. Loved it there.

The Sahis have created a lovely tasting area at their Adelaida property. The inside and outside areas are comfortable and set to welcome you when you arrive. The wines have always been outstanding, but the current vintage they're pouring is amazing...I bought more than I usually do because I just had to make sure I had enough to share with family and friends. We were lucky to spend a little time talking with Anita and her passion for what she and Varinder have created at Copia is evident. My friend's Corgi was welcomed on the patio and water was provided for her. I would recommend Copia to anyone who wants to sample some of the best Rhone wines Paso has to offer! (And, yes, they also make a Cabernet Sauvignon which is great!)
