2021 Vintage is about to leave the cellar ...

The 2021 vintage in California has been called "the vintage of the decade" by top wine publications and critics, and for good reason. After years of drought, the season began with much-needed rain, followed by a cooler spring and summer that allowed for slow, steady ripening. In the cellar, our job was simple: Stay out of the way and let the fruit speak for itself. The results were extraordinary. Each of our 2021 reds received at least one 96-point score from long-standing, highly respected critics. Jeb Dunnuck wrote that our 2021 The Story "...will compete with some of the top Châteauneuf-du-Papes out there."

These wines are in a beautiful place to enjoy now and will reward those who choose to cellar them for years to come.
