I did the food and wine pairing and had an excellent experience! The food matched well with the wine and had unique flavors , in the best way, that I wasn't expecting. Victoria was our guide for the experience and she did a fabulous job of telling the backstory of the wines and guiding us through the whole experience. I enjoyed all the wines but I left with bottles of The Cure and The Matador. I would highly recommend!

Victor was amazing, as always. We loved the food pairings, too! A special accommodation was made for two of us who are vegetarian. Chef Rachel did an amazing job pairing such unique food bites with such amazing wines!

Went for a wine tasting yesterday. Their wines are really exceptional. Everyone working there was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so helpful. Given that it is a younger winery, we asked how it was so good, so fast. Obsessed came up. As well as the hospitality background of Anita and her husband’s engineering background. We have been wine club members since the beginning of this year and every time we open a bottle, without fail, we again realize how special and amazing, and downright delicious, these wines are. Anita came out to talk to us on our visit and we really appreciate the personal touch especially when we can guess how busy they are. Go to the winery. Become wine club members. Celebrate wines and Copia! It’s definitely worth it!!

I love the wines. You don’t need to do pairing. We have done the pairing twice. Once in April 2024 (was excellent) and again in October2024 ( was very disappointed wouldn’t do it again). The wires speaks for themselves. Excellent!!!! April 2025. I return to my favorite winery and did wine and food pairing again. The food was delicious and went great with the wines. I would do it all over in a heart beat. Looking forward to my next pairing.

We've been big fans of Copia ever since we visited their tasting room in downtown Paso a few years ago. On our last visit, a couple of weeks ago, we had another great tasting experience and even had the good fortune of meeting Varinder during our visit - he was great! We went for the Wine Flight & Culinary Pairing at the Copia Vineyards and Winery, during our anniversary weekend stay at Paso. We had a fantastic experience to say the least. We enjoyed all the wines and the dishes paired with each wine. Our host Monica was extremely warm, polite, and professional and made the whole experience a memorable one. We had been to a few such wine pairings at Napa; but nothing comes even close to tje experience we had at The Copia.

Great small winery. The tasting room and patio are beautiful setting to enjoy a tasting. The tasting itself was very well-done, the staff is knowledgeable about the wine. The wine is also great and not too high of a price point. Highly recommend visiting!

Its taken me a while to get out to your new facilities, but I had a wonderful time trading stories with Jennifer and some of the other customers in the tasting room at the time. As usual your wine was outstanding and the hospitality very gracious! thanks

I have been a member of Copia for several years now and this was my first visit to the tasting room at the vineyards. Each visit is exceptional. Victor hosted us throughout our wine and culinary pairing and was genuinely helpful and friendly. He took us on a tour of the garden, which enhanced our experience and helped us appreciate the culinary pairing even more. We went to a larger winery afterwards and did not have a good experience. Nothing tops Copia's welcoming atmosphere.

Anita, Varinder and their staff truly understand hospitality and have always made us feel welcome and appreciated. On top of that, Copia produces some of the finest Rhone blends in the Paso area. Highly recommend!

The wine and food pairing experience was 10/10!

My wife and i love the warm reception we received with a table prepared for us with our last name. We definitely thought that was a nice touch. The hostesses were nice and pleasant. The tasting area was quiet which is something we appreciated. We tasted four of their wines and we only really liked two of them.However we’re still undecided on becoming members but we won’t hesitate to visit again.

We were hosted to a wonderful wine experience and tasting. Victoria was a great host. Alex is very knowledgeable about wines and enhanced our appreciation for these great Copia wines with his narrative of the grape varietals. Can't wait to come back.

Copia was a great choice for one of our tasting! We did the food pairing which was small bites paired with each wine. Absolutely wonderful! Victoria was a fantastic hostess and stayed with us the entire time explaining the wines, the food and the story of Copia. Luckily Anita was able to come out and join us for a bit which added another fabulous touch. We are already club members but if we weren’t we would have joined right then. The views were beautiful and can’t wait to see it again after the new vines grow up.

My friends and I had the best time at the Copia guest house and winery. We had the new food pairing experience, and it was delicious. The house was pristine and spacious enough for us to have our respective space in the evening. Thank you for the attention to detail with the welcome boxes.

We experienced the wine tasting paired with the food...these are small bites that are delicious with wonderful spices. We greatly enjoyed the tasting. Our host did not rush us, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable pace. We departed with several nice bottles of red wine.

We had a fantastic experience at Copia Vineyards this past weekend. The host was warm and friendly and guided us through the culinary pairing with enthusiasm. The wine was delicious and the food was amazing. It happened to be the first day of harvest and the host took us out to see the processing of the grapes. We were also able to meet the owners and hear a bit from them about the winery and the process. We do a LOT of wine tasting in Paso, and this was a top 10 experience for sure!

The wines were beautiful! The setting was great and the service was wonderful. There are so many wineries in Paso but this is one of the best. I will definitely be back soon.

We love red wine but Jennifer opened our pallete to your White and bought two bottles. Was looking forward to tasting your Cab Syrah. Maybe next visit.

Small boutique winery where you can sit under a vast covered patio, relax, and enjoy the view of the newly planted vineyard while sampling white & red varietals. Our wine educator was friendly and shared stories of the owners love of cooking & wine. The 2021 wines were young & we felt needed more time to age but we were given a sampling of their 2022 that were absolutely delicious & smooth.

First time at Copia and we enjoyed the experience and wines. We bought a few bottles as well. Jennifer and Victoria were both very helpful with the tasting. We will be back.

We had our wine tasting in the cellar. We had a great experience, we liked their interesting blends of wines and the staff answered all our questions about the production process. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful experience. The owners Anita and Varinder as well as their staff were very welcoming. It was our first time in Paso and Anita gave me a nice overview of their wineries and the other wine regions. The wines were just amazing, really enjoyed The Story and The Cure. We definitely will be coming back.

We learned a lot about the Rhone style wines. Beautiful views and had a great time. Loved that it's a family owned vineyard. Felt very personalized.

I had the most wonderful wine tasting experience at Copia. While Copia is a newer producer in Paso, the wines are incredible! We enjoyed the food pairing which offered a more cohesive tasting experience. The owners, Anita and Varinder, were gracious enough to stop by our table and say hello. They could not have been nicer and really made for a memorable day.

We really loved our visit to Copia Vineyards. The tasting room is gorgeous yet intimate which makes for an amazing experience. We tasted through 6 of their wines and loved each and every one of them. Our wine educator was Victoria Reller, Tasting Room Manager. She was attentive and possessed great knowledge of the wine industry. We all felt she was one of the best wine educators we have come across and we have visited 100's of wineries. You can tell Copia has gone to great lengths to ensure that each guest has a wonderful experience. Wines are priced right and a basic tasting is $25 which is waived with a purchase of 3 wines. Pens are free and they wrap each bottle of wine in elegant packaging to go. We plan to visit again and perhaps try their wine and food pairing.

Absolutely amazing wines! Beautiful tasting room. Attended the member pick up party in October and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever attended. Had delicious foods to pair with the wines being released. Definitely give Copia a stop on your trip to the Paso region! You won’t regret it! ✨COPIA✨ We toured Paso for a few days and we heard "try COPIA" more than a few times. "COPIA" was in the air. I'd never heard of the winery and I'm so glad I did! On the way out of town we dropped in and they took us without reservation. Within minutes - Anita (one of the owners) began to serve us. We were impressed from the first sip. Impressed with both the wines-and with Anita. Seriously - WOW! I walked out with some of the best reds I bought on the trip and my friend joined yet another wine club (even though he said "no more wine clubs!"). He joined because he was so taken with the great wines and Anita's passion! As I write this we are enjoying a 2018 bottle of "The Story" now with dinner and it is delicious. We are glad to have found COPIA. We are fans. We will be back.

Copia is one of our favorites wineries to visit in Paso Robles. We have been members since its early days, and it has been amazing experience. First on wines, my favorite is the Syrah varietals. They do justice to bold and intense grapes. Both the Source and Pursuit, are amazing each year. 2016, 2021 are our favorites so far. Pursuit especially is intense fruit, powerful aroma in the glass, strong tannins and the right balance of acidity to dark fruitiness. The difference my palette feels between the two bottles is more earthiness in Pursuit and more fruit in Source. Varinder and Anita are great hosts. Each year party is a delight small affair with lots of personal attention to the guests. Varinder brings the farm knowledge to the wines, where Anita brings artfulness to the service. Must visit to experience the hospitality. Kudos to the gracious staff. Lastly, love the feel of supporting a small family owned intimate wine growing experience. Wish we could visit more often the region and this vineyard.

Always a beautiful experience at Copia- this was the club pick up party with wonderful food pairings. The 2022 Story is so good with something spicy- definitely worth a visit. One of my top 5 places in Paso!!

We love the new Copia experience. My wife and I have been tasting in Paso Robles regularly and frequently for the past 25 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Copia. The wines are high quality and improving each year. The new tasting room on one of their vineyards is comfortable, relaxing, modern, quiet and beautiful. And the hospitality was outstanding. Most importantly the wines are really good! Our hostess Sarah was fantastic as she is very knowledgeable about the history, wine making process, and vintages of Copia. Copia is small but a great experience. Sarah has the perfect balance of educating us about Copia and the wines, and leaving us alone to discuss the wine.
