I love the wines. You don’t need to do pairing. We have done the pairing twice. Once in April 2024 (was excellent) and again in October2024 ( was very disappointed wouldn’t do it again). The wires speaks for themselves. Excellent!!!! April 2025. I return to my favorite winery and did wine and food pairing again. The food was delicious and went great with the wines. I would do it all over in a heart beat. Looking forward to my next pairing.

We stayed for four nights and loved it! Great views and very quiet. The accommodations were perfect for 4 people! The kitchen had all the latest amenities! We certainly be back!

We didn't get to taste the wine as it was closed. Though, the lady was nice enough to direct us to a wine tasting in town that was open. She even rang the owners of the neighbouring winery. She was so great that we want to go back and try their wines!

We very much enjoyed our first visit to Copia. We are locals and they were able to accommodate 5 us at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Our wine steward, Victoria, was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The wines were delicious. The owners, Anita and Varinder, were very welcoming and both spent time talking to us about their history and wines. We will definitely come back and bring more of our local friends.

Always a beautiful experience at Copia- this was the club pick up party with wonderful food pairings. The 2022 Story is so good with something spicy- definitely worth a visit. One of my top 5 places in Paso!!

The wines were beautiful! The setting was great and the service was wonderful. There are so many wineries in Paso but this is one of the best. I will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful setting - peaceful, private with an extraordinary view. Beds and linens were comfortable and cozy and the kitchen especially well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches! You won’t regret staying here for a wine country experience!

Highly recommend visiting Copia! The tasting, with excellent wines paired with small bites, was one of the highlights of our trip. Sitting on the outdoor patio overlooking the vines and hillsides was a nice experience.

We did a tasting and food pairing at our visit. It was intimate and the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They shared about the wines, made conversation and it wasn’t the same regurgitated spiel that you sometimes get at other places. You do need a reservation for this, but that is because they personalize your visit. It was smaller, but we loved the quaintness of it. All the staff were friendly. And most importantly, the wine is fantastic! It is very obvious that they take great care in all the details from their wine making to their guest experience. I highly recommend getting a reservation and visiting!

We have been fortunate to experience Copia back when they started in 2019 We have been members of the club since then. A great “Story” for this amazing couple. Love the wine and the estate.

Paso Robles is filled with outstanding wines, and Copia has some of the best! Varinder and Anita have a true affinity for Rhone varietals, and it shows in their excellent wines. I recommend doing the paired tasting; with Anita's background in the restaurant industry, she's done an excellent job pairing just the right delectable bites with their wonderful wines.

We absolutely loved the experience at this tasting room. The wine is fantastic. We can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful experience. The owners Anita and Varinder as well as their staff were very welcoming. It was our first time in Paso and Anita gave me a nice overview of their wineries and the other wine regions. The wines were just amazing, really enjoyed The Story and The Cure. We definitely will be coming back.

While in Paso we visited several wineries and of all of them the wines and the experience at Copia stood out at the top. The tasting menu was excellent and our hostess made us feel so welcome. Our only regret came at the end when we tried to sign up for the wine club and order their lovely wine, they don't ship to our state of South Carolina or our family’s state of Connecticut. So, by all means go to Copia! But be prepared to bring what you want home with you that day. Perhaps next time we’ll be bette rprepared with a few pieces of checked luggage.

Varinder and Anita have created beautiful wines and a beautiful, serene atmosphere in which to sip, savor, learn and relax. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Monica was very knowledgeable. Varinder and Anita always make time to visit with their guests and make us feel at home. Their presence enhances their wine and the overall experience.

We had our wine tasting in the cellar. We had a great experience, we liked their interesting blends of wines and the staff answered all our questions about the production process. Highly recommend it.

When I googled top wineries to visit in Paso Robles, Copia Vineyards came up. I sensed credibility with the list since one of our favorite wineries, LXV was also on the list. Like LXV, Copia was founded by a wonderful Indian couple, Anita and Varinder Sahi. We enjoyed our wine tasting in their outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards. Our server, Jennifer was wonderful in sharing wines we tried ll as explaining the symbolic significance of each label. We are excited to have become Copia wine club members and we look forward to future visits to Copia!

We stayed 3 nights for my sister's birthday. The home, the view, the wine was stunning. The home is stocked for whatever you may need. We made an amazing dinner and breakfast every morning. The hot tub felt amazing in the chill of the morning. The chairs outside overlooking the Vineyards with a glass of wine or morning coffee was so beautiful. Thank you for the amazing visit. Always a wonderful time visiting Copia. I’ve now brought my own Parents, and in-laws who have also had a great time. I’ve mostly been hosted by Victor who has always taken extra time with us and even provided tours of the premises and a glimpse into the future of what Copia will be offering. I look forward to every visit we get here.

We had a fantastic experience at Copia Vineyards this past weekend. The host was warm and friendly and guided us through the culinary pairing with enthusiasm. The wine was delicious and the food was amazing. It happened to be the first day of harvest and the host took us out to see the processing of the grapes. We were also able to meet the owners and hear a bit from them about the winery and the process. We do a LOT of wine tasting in Paso, and this was a top 10 experience for sure!

We love the new Copia experience. My wife and I have been tasting in Paso Robles regularly and frequently for the past 25 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Copia. The wines are high quality and improving each year. The new tasting room on one of their vineyards is comfortable, relaxing, modern, quiet and beautiful. And the hospitality was outstanding. I have been a member of Copia for several years now and this was my first visit to the tasting room at the vineyards. Each visit is exceptional. Victor hosted us throughout our wine and culinary pairing and was genuinely helpful and friendly. He took us on a tour of the garden, which enhanced our experience and helped us appreciate the culinary pairing even more. We went to a larger winery afterwards and did not have a good experience. Nothing tops Copia's welcoming atmosphere.

Great place close to town but within wine country. Facility was great and everything was taken care of, easily would use again.
