WINE FEST WEEK WINEMAKER DINNER at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort
Kick off Paso Robles Wine Fest weekend the way it deserves to start—glass in hand, surrounded by good food, great people, and the kind of wines that make you smile.
Join Varinder and Anita Sahi at the beautiful Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles for an intimate, collaborative five-course winemaker dinner hosted alongside Chef Stanley Carbajal. Together, they’ll guide you through a thoughtfully crafted menu designed to spotlight the nuance, texture, and layered complexity of five Copia Vineyards wines.
The evening opens with a welcoming reception of small bites, your first pour and conversation, then flows into a seated, coursed dining experience with thoughtfully paired Copia wines. Between courses, linger, laugh, and connect with fellow wine lovers—and with the Sahis—as the night unfolds over an unforgettable menu and a special lineup of Copia bottlings.
