Absolutely must visit Copia winery was highly recommended to us by someone we met at a restaurant. Despite the expectations, we were blown away. It was by far the best winery experience we have had, compared to Napa or Walla Walla. The set up is very intimate, the setting is beautiful, the wines are excellent, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. We were fortunate that the winemakers and owners (Varinder and Anita Sahi) were around so we got to really learn about the back story of the wine. The visit to Copia and the wine tasting there was the highlight of our trip to Paso Robles. We also bought many bottles of a few different wines. This should be a must-do on your trip to Paso Robles.

Late review but celebrated my birthday here in the summer and felt like royalty! The staff was super nice and had everything set up from the place card to the handwritten note for me. This winery was worth the 3 hour drive from San Francisco- I have now since moved back to the East coast but I would make a trip back to celebrate again with a tasting

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Jennifer, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The decor was absolutely stunning — inviting and elegant, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. The wine was nothing short of impeccable, each pour more delightful than the last. The wines perfectly showcased the region’s unique terroir, with deep, complex flavors that truly made each sip memorable. What truly touched us, though, was the handwritten note they had prepared to acknowledge our wedding anniversary — a personal touch that made the experience even more special. This winery went above and beyond, and we will definitely be back. Thank you again Jennifer for making our experience so memorable!

Always a beautiful experience at Copia- this was the club pick up party with wonderful food pairings. The 2022 Story is so good with something spicy- definitely worth a visit. One of my top 5 places in Paso!!

What a wonderfully authentic, heartfelt, and instructive experience! Varinder and Anita shared a little of their dream with us on our Valentine's Day tour. Now, when I pour myself a glass of the scrumptious Cure wine, I taste the joy and pride they cultivated in every barrel. We're saving the bottles of Source for a special occasion.

We did a tasting and food pairing at our visit. It was intimate and the staff made us feel very welcome and special. They shared about the wines, made conversation and it wasn’t the same regurgitated spiel that you sometimes get at other places. You do need a reservation for this, but that is because they personalize your visit. It was smaller, but we loved the quaintness of it. All the staff were friendly. And most importantly, the wine is fantastic! It is very obvious that they take great care in all the details from their wine making to their guest experience. I highly recommend getting a reservation and visiting!

Peaceful and relaxing stay. Close to many venues and wineries. Excellent service from the staff both at the house and at the Winery. We had a great culinary experience and will be back again.

Absolutely loved our visit to Copia Winery! The wines were delicious and the staff were so friendly. The space is laid out well and the ambiance felt sophisticated and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We really loved our visit to Copia Vineyards. The tasting room is gorgeous yet intimate which makes for an amazing experience. We tasted through 6 of their wines and loved each and every one of them. Our wine educator was Victoria Reller, Tasting Room Manager. She was attentive and possessed great knowledge of the wine industry. We all felt she was one of the best wine educators we have come across and we have visited 100's of wineries. You can tell Copia has gone to great lengths to ensure that each guest has a wonderful experience. Wines are priced right and a basic tasting is $25 which is waived with a purchase of 3 wines. Pens are free and they wrap each bottle of wine in elegant packaging to go. We plan to visit again and perhaps try their wine and food pairing.

What a wonderful experience! We did the culinary pairing and the "wow" factor was off the charts. The wines are exquisite and pair with the culinary options perfectly.

Beautiful ambience, friendly staff, sitting on the back patio is a delight. The wine was very good. My favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon. A must see in Paso Robles.

What a beautiful birthday celebration. I was very impressed while making the reservation, I was able to let them know that my wife was gluten intolerant and that we were celebrating her birthday and they took such wonderful care to make it a special occasion.

My husband and I booked the Demystifying the Vine tour and loved it! Being wine nerds, we appreciated that Varinder dove deep with us on their property, vines and farming practices. The wines we got to sip on along the way were lovely, prompting us to purchase some to take home to share with our loved ones. Thank you for a great day!

Absolutely amazing wines! Beautiful tasting room. Attended the member pick up party in October and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever attended. Had delicious foods to pair with the wines being released. Definitely give Copia a stop on your trip to the Paso region! You won’t regret it! While in Paso we visited several wineries and of all of them the wines and the experience at Copia stood out at the top. The tasting menu was excellent and our hostess made us feel so welcome. Our only regret came at the end when we tried to sign up for the wine club and order their lovely wine, they don't ship to our state of South Carolina or our family’s state of Connecticut. So, by all means go to Copia! But be prepared to bring what you want home with you that day. Perhaps next time we’ll be bette rprepared with a few pieces of checked luggage.

Copia Vineyards is a lovely winery offering outstanding wine selections. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Emily guide us through the many red wines that they offer. She was vibrant, funny and extremely knowledgeable about all of the red blends that we were interested in. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this boutique winery!

Copia was a great choice for one of our tasting! We did the food pairing which was small bites paired with each wine. Absolutely wonderful! Victoria was a fantastic hostess and stayed with us the entire time explaining the wines, the food and the story of Copia. Luckily Anita was able to come out and join us for a bit which added another fabulous touch. We are already club members but if we weren’t we would have joined right then. The views were beautiful and can’t wait to see it again after the new vines grow up.

We've been big fans of Copia ever since we visited their tasting room in downtown Paso a few years ago. On our last visit, a couple of weeks ago, we had another great tasting experience and even had the good fortune of meeting Varinder during our visit - he was great! The vineyard tour was a fantastic experience! I was looking for a bit more than just a wine tasting for Valentine's Day with my wife, so I started looking around Central California and the Paso Robles areas for an authentic experience...and we got one! I was pleasantly surprised to be met by both Anita and Varinder to lead the tour...which kicked off with a sample of their 2024 white and a delicious caviar blini. While I expected to learn about their wine making process, I was more fascinated listening to them talk about the farming-first process. They way they described their approach to sustainability and grape quality made it clear that they practice what they preach. And while they referred to Copia as a "boutique" winery, the word "artisan" kept coming to my mind. To me, it was clear that for Anita and Varinder, the entire process is a spiritual endeavor for them...the farming, the harvesting, production, the sharing...and even the logo is part of them. After learning about the history of Copia and its processes, we sat down in the wine tasting room for some scrumptious "small plate" delectables perfect for experiencing wine pairings. And at one point, (which became one of my favorite lines of the afternoon,) Varinder asked if we needed anything. "I have access to wine!" he declared. Definitely check out their wine club events and wine membership options...totally worth it. And, if you're looking for more than just a simple tasting...go on the tour!

The hospitality was so warm and welcoming. I felt at home, but better! The wines were seriously outstanding, and the food pairings were spot on. I can't wait to go back and to show all the people I love and that love great wine what a phenomenal job Copia is doing.

Tastings were booked when I got there (even though there seemed to be lots of open tables inside and outside). The initial person who greeted me said I wouldn't be able to stay, but a different person took over and said I could purchase a glass of wine. I did just that and really enjoyed the rosé, lounge chairs, and view of the surrounds. There is a lot of care put into the property and I had a lovely afternoon!
